Local Natives

I always wondered how the Fleet Foxes would sound, if they wouldn’t be magical time-travelers from the 16th century but actual beings from the 21st century. I don’t have to wonder anymore because I can listen to Local Natives, who have this amazing collective of friends who have been roaming around the Gorilla Manor, the house where they produced and recorded their debut of the same name. We all can therefore listen to this music and think of our friends because that’s what we listen to. How nice is that? (The answer: very nice).

This video reminds a lot of people of Mumford & Sons* “The Cave”. I didn’t even know that there is one but I wanted to mention it to further fruitful discussions over bar-tables…
