We all know that Royal Thunder is one of my favourite metal bands on and beyond this world because they are mixing Blues, psychedelica and metal in the most beautiful way and they have a secret weapon: The amazeballs Mlny Parsonz who offers one of the strongest voices in current metal (or, rock music in general) and some pretty cool, otherworldly lyrics tinged in the spiritual.
So, because they are the best, they released an acoustic EP for free on bandcamp just in case anyone doubted Mlny’s power over all living things.
I lost my panties in the moshpit! 
Am I lame for never hearing of Royal Thunder before this very moment?

They’ve been under the radar, I don’t really know why but sometimes great albums just slip under the ear- and eyesight of the big music sites/magazines and I think that kinda happened with them. I predict a huge future, though, they’ll be touring with Baroness and that will probably kick off a little more noise around them.

“WOW,” pronounced with three syllables. That organic acoustic metal sound with a better-than-Benatar voice is jaw droppingly good.
